§ 30.30. NON-PARTISAN PRIMARY ELECTIONS ELIMINATED.

As of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this subchapter, the non-partisan primary election for the nomination of candidates to elected city offices is hereby eliminated as authorized by KRS 83A.045(2)(b).
